That's right, no more diapers!!! Logan finally got potty trained!
He is so happy to be a Big Boy and wear big boy shorts. For some reason, Logan had a harder time getting potty trained than Emily and Colby. Logan is 28 months old right now. I think the biggest reason it took longer for Logan to be potty trained is because we were not very consistent. We were right in the middle of selling our house, looking for a new one, living with Grandma, and a whole bunch of other stuff so potty training seemed to take the back burner. We tried but it never seemed to click so we kept giving up. Also, Logan LOVED his diapers! The crazy kid would hug the diapers and say "My Diapas!" It was so funny. We finally got settled in our new house and into a routine so it was finally time to get serious about potty training. We told Logan that Cole was getting potty trained so if he wanted to be big like Cole, he needed to be potty trained too. Well anything that Cole does is the coolest thing so Logan wanted to be just like Cole. We gave him his diapers and told him to throw them away because he was big and didn't need them anymore. Do you know what? He did it! Logan threw his diapers away and told them bye. Then it was time to get serious. The first day was hard with lots of accidents. The next couple days were better. By the fourth day, he was telling us when he needed to go! I could not believe it! Now he does great, even staying dry at night and at naps. It is nice to not have to worry about changing or buying diapers anymore. We should have done this 6 months ago... Good Job, Logan!
