North Logan Pumpkin Walk

One fun tradition North Logan does every year is put on a Pumpkin Walk.  At the Pumpkin Walk, there at a ton of different carved pumpkins and many different scenes all made out of pumpkins.  We had a great time walking through and seeing all of the scenes and carved pumpkins.

We went for Family Home Evening with a few other families in our neighborhood.  We went with the Booth's, Checketts', Halligan's, and Jones's.  We all had a blast together especially all of the kids.

Here were a couple of our favorite scenes:  The Flintstones and Angry Birds.

There were also a bunch of different photo props we could take our pictures in.  The kids loved this and ran from prop to prop telling me to take their picture.
The best part of the night though was meeting the scary witch and getting a cookie!

The next day, we took Colby's preschool class on a field trip to the Pumpkin Walk.

This was a good field trip and the kids all seemed to enjoy it.  I think the Pumpkin Walk was much better in the day.  You could actually see the scenes much better.  The theme for the Pumpkin Walk was "That's Funny" so each scene was come type of comedy.  Also in each scene, Bugs Bunny had hidden a carrot and we had to try and find the carrots.  It was much easier to find the carrots in the day time rather than at night. So next year we will go during the day!
And we could not leave the Pumpkin Walk without getting more pictures in the props.  I like the one of the school bus because we were able to get all of the preschool kids in the bus.

We are really enjoying all of the fun Fall activities in Logan.  It seems like there is always something going on this time of year.  Fall in Cache County is very beautiful.
