I woke up yesterday and decided Colby needed a new tie for church. He is growing so fast that all of the tie shirts I made him have gotten too small. As I was digging through my bottomless bag of fabric scraps for the perfect tie, I found a piece of fabric and was big enough to make Emily a skirt as well as a tie for Colby. So that it what I did. I made a cute little ruffled skirt for Emily and a matching tie onesie for Colby. They of course loved them. Emily even asked me if it was her birthday. (Like, I never make her anything!) I think they turned out really good.
