Hyrum's Holiday at Hardware Ranch is something the kids love to participate in every December. We love driving up the canyon to Hardware Ranch and seeing the elk in the field.
The most fun is riding in the sleigh out into the field to be up close to the elk.
There were so many elk this year. Most of them were cow elk but there were a few spikes and bulls as well.
It was so cool getting up so close to the elk. The kids loved looking at them. Even Charlotte was excited to see the elk and kept pointing at them.
When we got off the sleigh, we grabbed some hot chocolate and cookies. Then we walked up the hill to the Hardware Ranch visitor center to see Santa.
This Santa and Mrs. Claus were so great with the kids. They love talking to them and each kid got a prize. This is another fun tradition we have.
